Elmbrink Farm is a family farm located in rural Young America, Minnesota. For many years we operated primarily as a dairy, but our interest in a more sustainable way of farming has led us to pursue our dream of raising pastured pork, poultry, and beef and direct marketing to consumers.
We welcome you to contact us to experience our farm. We are located approximately 45 miles west of downtown Minneapolis and can be easily reached whether your route of travel is Highway 7, Highway 5, or Highway 212. We are also just a short distance from Baylor Park in rural Carver County.
